Paws Across the Border, Inc. was formed in response to the enormous need for surgical sterilization of dogs and cats in poor, rural communities of Mexico. Our mission is to help curtail the massive population growth of unwanted companion animals. Doing so, we improve the state of animal and human living conditions in areas of the world where health and welfare are threatened.

Thank you to Rocio from Chicago

Recently, I was contacted by Rocio about a situation in Juarez. Apparently, there is a house full of dogs who are not properly cared for. It appears that the dogs are not spayed/neutered and do get out to roam.

My friend Alma of Aprodea in Juarez has agreed to investigate this house and to see what can be done. Stay tuned! We will update you on this situation.
